Below please find related procedure for your easy reference:
1. All Nordana Line manifest correction is acceptable before vessel
arrival any Turkish Ports and needs NO any
legalization of Turkish Consulate and Chamber of Commerce.
2. All Nordana Line freight manifest correction before or after
vessel arrival any Turkish Ports needs NO
any legalization of Turkish Consulate and Chamber of Commerce. If the
freight collect basis, then please always check with the port of
discharge agent before manifest correction issued.
3. If any correction needs on shipper / cnee / notify party / description
of goods / package or weight after vessel arrival any Turkish Ports ,
then the shipper will issue
the correction on their letterhead and have it legalized by both
Turkish Consulate and Chamber of Commerce. This correction to be
sent to the cnee/notify party by the shipper directly and unless otherwise
stipulated in seperate e-mail, the customs fine due to this inconsistency,
to be account of the receiver (cnee / notify party) of the cargo. Sure
Nordana Line manifest correction without legalization to enable the
port of discharge agent to be aware of the correction and internal use
only.
For your easy reference, pls see the wording of the correction to be made
by the shipper on their letterhead as follows:

4. If the manifest and bl match with the receiver's docs but when
unstuffing, the customs finds shortage or excess of the cargo mentioned
on the legal docs, then
NORDANA LINE manifest correction
needs
to be legalized by both Turkish of Consulate and Chamber of
Commerce and this correction done to be sent to the agent directly
and this is very important for the line to prove this shortage or excess
of the cargo, therefore please kindly advise your excuse in
proper words on Nordana Line manifest correction. No customs fine
occurs for this correction, just the translation fee to be debited
to Nordana Line, if this correction proves the inconsistency.
